Regulatory framework
This service is operated under the applicable rules and regulations of Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Where required, the licensee obtains approvals or permits from the relevant UAE government authorities.
Where it runs
Where a company is established and where its software runs are separate questions, and both matter to you. Reflect is hosted on a single server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, so your data is processed in the European Union even though the operator is not established there.

Who is responsible
ChartViews AI F.Z.E, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reachable at support@chartviews.ai.
The service is operated from the United Arab Emirates and is not directed at the European market: it is offered in English, priced in US dollars, and not marketed in or to the Union. No representative under Article 27 GDPR is appointed. The service is reachable from anywhere, which is not the same thing as being aimed anywhere.
Separately from where the company sits: the server itself is rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, so the data physically rests in Germany. Those are two different questions and neither answers the other.
The rights set out below are granted to everyone who uses Reflect, wherever they are and whichever law reaches them. Two of them work without asking anyone.
What we hold, and why
Your account. Email address, the name you chose, and a password hash. Held to give you an account and keep it yours. Without it there is nothing to sign in to.
Your trading data. Trades you import or push, journal entries, notes and practice results. This is the service — the analysis cannot exist without it.
Traffic figures. Counted on our own server, without cookies and without any script running in your browser. We store the number of views per page per day and the domain that referred you — never the referring page or its query. For a daily count of distinct visitors we store a hash of your IP address and browser string, salted with a value that is generated in memory and replaced every day and never written to disk. Once that salt is replaced the hash cannot be linked to you, to another day, or to an IP address, by us or by anyone else. Held to know whether the service is being used at all.
Server logs. Our reverse proxy records requests, including IP addresses, in the system journal. This is what makes it possible to investigate an attack or an outage.
Cookies
One cookie, reflect_session, which keeps you signed in. It exists only to do that. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking cookie and no third-party cookie of any kind, which is why you have never been shown a consent banner here.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside ChartViews AI F.Z.E. The service runs on a single server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which acts as a processor for hosting and is the only third party involved. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request leaves for anyone else while you use the site. Your trading data is not shared, not sold, and not used to train anything outside your own account — including by other Chartviews AI products.
How long
Account and trading data for as long as the account exists. Deleting your account removes all of it immediately — every table carries a cascade from the account row. Traffic counters are kept for up to 400 days; visitor hashes for 60, after which they are useless anyway.
Your rights
Two of these need no permission and no email: Settings exports everything held about you as a single JSON file, and deletes the account outright with everything attached to it. Both take effect immediately.
Beyond that you may ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it corrected, or ask us to stop a particular use of it — write to support@chartviews.ai. These are offered to everyone regardless of where they live and regardless of whether any particular data protection law reaches this service.

What Reflect is
Reflect is a product of Chartviews AI (chartviews.ai), operated by ChartViews AI F.Z.E. It reads trading history you provide and describes patterns in your own past behaviour. It is a review and coaching tool.
What it is not
It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It does not predict markets. It has no connection to any broker, no order routing, and no access to any funds. Nothing it produces is a regulated financial service. Trading carries the risk of losing money, and every decision remains yours.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. API keys and embed links you create are yours to manage — revoke any you no longer control.
Payment
The subscription is $14.99 a month. Checkout is not connected yet, so no card is taken and nothing is charged; the service is free until it is. When billing opens you will be told before any charge is made, and nothing will be charged without you entering payment details first. Nothing here reduces whatever rights consumer law in your own country gives you.
Availability
This is a small service on a single server. We try to keep it up and take backups, but we do not promise an uptime figure, and you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings will export it all in one file.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which takes effect immediately. We may close an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, where ChartViews AI F.Z.E is established. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions in the country where you live, and it does not affect your rights under the GDPR, which applies to this service regardless.
